1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

The site collects personal data in one case only: when you fill in the contact form.

Phone number
Subject and body of the message

We do not collect data by any other means: the site uses no analytics tools, does not profile visitors and installs no marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

The provider hosting the site records, as every web server does, the IP addresses of visitors in its technical logs. This data is kept for security and diagnostics, not used to identify people.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

The form data serves only to answer your request and provide the information or quote you ask for. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending (art. 6.1.a of EU Regulation 2016/679), and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b).

We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the messages we receive for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a commercial relationship arises, for the periods required by civil and tax obligations. Where there is no follow-up, messages are deleted within 24 months.

5. Who it is disclosed to

The data is processed by authorised staff and by the providers who help us run the site:

Vercel Inc. — site hosting
Resend — sending the e-mails generated by the form
Google Ireland Ltd. — the mailbox where we receive messages, and the map embedded on the contact page

These providers act as data processors. Some may transfer data outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or of an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

give you access to the data concerning you and a copy of it
correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
erase it
restrict its processing, or object to it
provide it in a machine-readable format, so you can move it elsewhere
withdraw your consent, without affecting the validity of what was done beforehand

Write to info@manzoniengineering.com: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the regulation you may contact the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).

7. Is providing the data mandatory

Filling in the form is entirely up to you. The fields marked as required are, however, what allows us to reply: without them we cannot follow up on the request.

8. Changes

If we change the way we process data we will update this page and the date at the top.
